People travelling across the Hernando DeSoto Bridge could soon be greeted by a king-sized banner featuring Elvis Presley. Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) is asking permission to hang the 17-foot-wide, 63.6-foot-tall banner from the Memphis Cook Convention Centre.

EPE, which is busy gearing up for next month's 30th anniversary of Presley's death, will appear before the Centre City Commission's Design and Review Board on Wednesday.
